The deadline for nominating a student for fall testing for grades 1 and 3-5 is MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2012.

The deadline for nominating a student for Kindergarten testing is
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2012.

The deadline for nominating a student for spring testing for grades 1 and 3-5 is MONDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2013.

ALL Students in 2nd Grade will be tested in March of 2013.
No nominations are necessary.

If you would like information about having your child assessed during the 2012-2013 school year, please fill out the nomination form below and return it, attention Sara Luft, no later than the assessment window deadline posted above.
