Lakeview Kids Choir
Thank you for a great year! We will have two performances for the select groups that will be singing at the Book Fair on Thursday, May 2nd at the Book Carriage on 304 N. Oak St. in downtown Roanoke; one at 6:30 and the other at 7:30. Choir T-shirts, jeans and gym shoes should be worn by all performers. Please arrive 10 minutes early. We should finish in about 20 minutes.
Our end of the year celebration will be at Main Event on Thursday, June 6th from 12:30 - 4:30. (This is a half day of school for us.) All choir members and their siblings (no friends, please, since this a reward for being in choir) are invited to participate. Transportation and supervision will be provided by each member's parent. Parents get in free to supervise their children. The cost will be $18.00 and includes: all you can play bowling, laser tag, and billiards, plus a $10.00 Fun Card and two slices of cheese pizza and a medium soda! Order forms were passed out on Wednesday, May 1st! (There is also a form attached at the top of this page.) Please fill out the form and include exact change in CASH in a sealed envelope with your child's and homeroom teacher's names on the front. The final deadline (no exceptions) to turn in the form is Thursday, May 9th. Extra time is needed for a purchase order, a district check to pay for our admission fee and a two week advanced payment needed in order to reserve our time slot at Main Event.
