I have been married for 19 years to my husband Aubrey.  We have 3 wonderful children.  JT is 18 and is a senior! He loves to play football, basketball and of course video games.  Isabel is 10 going on 25.  She loves swimming and just competed in her third State swim meet. She also loves cheerleading and volleyball.  Our newest addition to our family is little Miss Olivia. Olivia just turned a year old. Aubrey and I enjoy playing coed softball and volleyball. We love watching and playing sports.  I am a huge Cowboys fan and live for Sundays!  I also enjoy scrapbooking and hanging out with my family and friends.

I was born in Hutchinson, Kansas and lived there until
I was in high school.  I then moved to Santa Fe, New frog
Mexico where I went to high school.  I met my husband
in high school. Aubrey and I went to college at New Mexico Highlands University, where he played basketball. We soon decided that Texas is where we wanted to be.

Once we moved to Texas I attended Texas Christian
University (GO FROGS).  I graduated with my Bachelor's
in Elementary Education in 1998 and I received my Master's
in Education Administration in 2005. I completed my doctorate in
Educational Leadership in 2013.

My professional experience includes teaching 4th and 5th grades for Fort Worth and Crowley ISD.  I have also taught English as a Second Language and Gifted and Talented.  While working for Crowley ISD; I was an Assessment Specialist and an Assistant Principal.  During my first year in Northwest ISD; I was a CIT (Classroom Instruction Teacher).  I am now in my sisth year in Northwest and my fifth as the Principal of Seven Hills Elementary!

My whole family loves Northwest ISD!  My husband teaches 8th grade US History at Tidwell Middle School, and he coaches football, basketball and track.  Isabel attends Lakeview Elementary and my son goes to Byron Nelson.  We are so proud to all be a part of the Northwest family!
