The University Interscholastic League (U.I.L.) is the governing body for public schools extra curricular activities.

 

 

 

 

The following forms are required for all student athletes who are interested in participating in the athletic program.  All forms must be complete and turned in prior to participation in any practice session during the school year.

 

 

All 9th-12th grade student athletes who are new to the district must complete the P.A.P. form.
