  • IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dell has informed Northwest ISD about an engineering issue on Dell tablet chargers that have been issued to middle school students. The defective model number for the charging adapter is A00. Defective models may overheat and not charge the device. As a precautionary measure, we strongly encourage you to not use the charging device adapter, and if you choose to do so, please do not leave this device charging your child’s tablet unattended until further notice.
Beginning Monday, please have your child bring their adapter to their campus to have the technology campus technicians verify and replace any chargers deemed to have engineering issues. Northwest ISD appreciates your support and will notify you as additional information is received from Dell.

  • Why Memorial Day?

Northwest ISD appreciates concerns from parents and community members regarding the second bad weather make-up day on Monday, May 25. The district wants to assure parents that their concerns are heard. This was not an easy decision to make. Much thought was put into this decision based on the guidelines from the Texas Education Agency given to local districts. Click the article to read more.

  • Parent Pick-Up/Drop-off Video

Parents, if you pick up your student after school in the parent pick up line, we request that you please pull all the way forward to pick up your student. Our wish is that you pick up your child at the front entrance or towards the front of the pick-up line; this keeps our line flowing smoothly. We really appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please click here to view the Pick-Up and Drop-off procedures.
