Northwest ISD e-Bid System and Supplier Registration
The Northwest Independent School District (NISD) Purchasing will begin utilizing an electronic e-Procurement system called NISD e-Bid. This web based system includes an electronic process for vendor registration and electronic (on-line) bidding.
The electronic Vendor Registration process is available and will allow potential and existing supliers wishing to do business with NISD to register online and manage their registrations through the following link.
ALL VENDORS/SUPPLIERS, EVEN IF THEY ARE CURRENTLY AWARDED OR REGISTERED WILL NEED TO GO TO THE LINK AND REGISTER ON THE NISD E-BID SYSTEM
Vendors are responsible for maintaining their information on the NISD E-BID System. Any changes in information are the responsibility of the vendors
Notification and Online Bidding
Registered companies will automatically receive e-mail notifications when solicitations (Bids, RFP's, RFQ's, CSP's, and Quotes) for the particular commodities selected during the registration process. Registered companies will be able to access and submit solicitation responses through the NISD eBid system, all online. No more mailing or paper bid submittals.
