Teenagers on smartphones

Northwest ISD will host a free public screening of the documentary “Screenagers” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, in Byron Nelson High School’s performing arts center. The documentary highlights how to empower children to best navigate the digital world.

“Screenagers” discusses the struggles and relationships between social media, video games, academics and internet addiction. The viewing of the 67-minute-long documentary is aimed at parents, guardians and school staff members, though anyone is welcome to attend.
