NISD Celebrates the Class of 2012

Congratulations NISD Graduates!

Parents, friends and faculty proudly watched as 383 seniors from Byron Nelson High School participated in the school’s first commencement ceremony on June 5 at the University of North Texas Coliseum in Denton.  For the first time, Northwest ISD graduated seniors from three high schools this year and the seniors earned a combined total of more than $14 million in scholarships. James M. Steele Accelerated High School held its commencement ceremony honoring 25 graduates Monday, June 4 at Northwest High School’s Vernon Solomon Performing Arts Center. 463 students received their diplomas from Northwest High School on Tuesday, June 5 at the University of North Texas Coliseum in Denton.
