NHS Teacher Named KLTY Teacher of the Month

Northwest High School teacher Gwen Hilliard has been named the KLTY and CareNow Teacher of the Month.  KLTY Morning Show Host Frank Reed and CareNow representatives presented Hilliard with a plaque and gift certificates in her classroom on January 7.  Hilliard was nominated by approximately 15 students for this honor.  This is the second KLTY Teacher of the Month awarded to an educator in Northwest ISD this school year.  Prairie View Elementary School’s Samera Doroodchi was named the KLTY Teacher of the Month for September.
