Strategic Planning

The Northwest ISD Board of Trustees approved the district’s 2023-2028 Strategic Framework at the meeting on June 14, 2023. The framework includes the district’s Core Beliefs, Vision, Mission and Strategic Goals. Based on the recommendations of the Strategic Summit participants, this plan establishes the direction of the district for the next five years. A team of 110 participants composed of students, parents, community members, school and district leaders, and teachers served to develop this plan that will set the tone for NISD’s future.
