Each year, Northwest ISD opens its Virtual Angel Tree to help families in need during the holiday season. This year, more than 800 “angels” are available for community members to support by providing gifts to ensure they have an enjoyable holiday season.

Through the Virtual Angel Tree, community members and organizations can select a child to support by providing gifts. All the children, who are listed anonymously on the virtual tree, have demonstrated a need for assistance this school year. All district partners, community members, businesses and faith-based organizations are welcome to participate.

To support an angel:

  1. Go to to visit the Virtual Angel Tree website
  2. Select a child (or multiple children)
  3. Purchase new gifts ($100 suggested limit) and arrange to drop them off

Deliver the Virtual Angel Tree items, along with a printed copy of the form for the angel, to the Northwest ISD administration building (located at 2001 Texan Drive in Justin, next to the football stadium and Hatfield Elementary School) by Monday, Dec. 2.

For those who would like to provide their time as well, volunteers are need to help receive and sort gifts. Sorting takes place 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. every weekday from Dec. 2 to 13. To volunteer, please call Northwest ISD's Partners in Education program with your availability at 817-215-0172.
