Students and parents with technology or Chromebook questions during the school district's closure because of the novel coronavirus pandemic can visit studenthelpdesk.nisdtx.org. Beginning on Monday, March 30, there will be an option to put in a support request for Northwest ISD technicians to assist students and their families with technology.

If your family is in need of a Chromebook, Northwest ISD began a rolling weekly deployment on March 24. A summary of deployment dates is as follows:
  • Week of March 24: Campus distribution for families that do not have a device for students to use at home
  • April 1: Central distribution of Chromebooks for families that are only using a tablet or a device that is not working well with assigned classwork 
  • April 8: Families that need additional Chromebooks and/or repairs 
  • April 15: Families that need additional Chromebooks and/or repairs 
  • April 22: Families that need additional Chromebooks and/or repairs
