When: April 28th - May 3, 2019
Where: All Northwest ISD elementary campuses
In order to register for Kindergarten, your child must be five years of age by September 1, 2019
Online enrollment begins April 15, 2019 - Please do not fill out online registration before April 15th.
Documents needed for registration:
Birth Certificate
Immunization records (state law requires immunizations to be up to date to attend school)
Proof of residency in Northwest ISD (housing contract, rental agreement, electric bill, water bill, etc.) note: a cellphone bill cannot be accepted as proof of residency
Student's Social Security Card
Driver's license or other suitable photo ID of the parent/guardian
