A student should be enrolled by a parent, guardian or a person with control under a court order. For more information, contact your child's campus.

I have more than one student in the district. Do I need to do this for each student?
Yes, you will need to provide information that is specific to each student. Once you have submitted the form for one student, please go back to the
Home Access Center to switch to another student.
I've completed the form, now what?
When you have finished entering your information, click the
Submit button. This will send the information to the student's school. If you cannot click on this button, please verify you have answered all REQUIRED questions.

What is Campus Document Review?
This is a meeting with the parent of a new or returning student and the campus staff, to verify student residency and finalize registration. It is
required for all new-to-district families.
