BEFORE YOU GO...

Direct Admission is not a college application.
Seeing a college on your Direct Admissions list does not mean you've applied. You still need to submit an official application and any required documents to the college or university.

Admission to the university doesn't always mean admission to your major.
Some majors and programs have additional admission requirements. Always check the university's website for requirements for the major you're interested in.

More than 30 Texas colleges and universities participate in Direct Admissions.

Participating schools provide MyTexasFuture with their general admission criteria. MyTexasFuture compares those criteria with the academic information in your profile to show you where you may qualify.

Don't see your dream school? That's okay!
Your Direct Admissions results aren't a list of the only colleges you can attend. You can still apply to other colleges and universities through their regular admission process.

Explore Participating Universities → Visit the Direct Admissions site and scroll down for a list of participating colleges.

Different colleges have different admission requirements, so the more information you provide, the more complete your results may be.

Don't have everything listed below? That's okay. Enter the information you have.

You may be asked for:

• Unweighted GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Class rank
• SAT and/or ACT scores, if you've taken them
• Graduation plan

Your information can change!

Did your GPA, class rank, or test scores improve? Update your My Texas Future profile. Updated information could change the colleges shown in your Direct Admissions results.
