Elementary Science

An Elementary Science student will...

• Think like a scientist by making connections across disciplines to build a framework of understanding through recurring themes and concepts.
• Ask questions, identify problems, plan safely-conducted classroom, laboratory, and field investigations to answer questions, explain phenomena, or design solutions using appropriate tools and models.
• Analyze and interpret data, identify features and patterns, and discover relationships to develop evidence-based explanations in order to communicate findings, conclusions, and proposed solutions.
