The EARLY CHILDHOOD FATHER SERVICES PROGRAM is designed to support, equip, and encourage fathers in becoming the type of dad they desire to be. Through intentional coaching, small group workshops, and interactive Dad & Me experiences, the program creates space for growth, connection, and community.

Core Program Components

One-on-One Dad Coaching

Personalized support tailored to each father’s goals and challenges.
Purpose: To help dads gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their role as a father.

Individual sessions focused on fatherhood growth
Goal setting, accountability, and practical parenting strategies
Safe, confidential environment

Small Group Dad Workshops

Interactive group sessions that foster brotherhood and shared learning.
Purpose: To create community among fathers while equipping them with practical tools.

Guided discussions on fatherhood topics
Peer support, accountability and real-life problem-solving
Stress management tools
Parenting strategies for young children

Dad & Me Themed Family Nights (Ages 5 & Under)

Intentional bonding experiences designed for fathers and their young children.
Purpose: To strengthen father-child attachment through play and positive shared experiences

My name is Marvin Grover, and I’m honored to serve as the Early Childhood Father Services Specialist for our district. As both an educator and a dedicated father, I’m passionate about helping dads become more engaged, confident, and connected in their children’s early learning experiences. My goal is to build strong partnerships between fathers, families, and schools—creating opportunities for dads to play an active role in their child’s growth and development. Together, we can make early childhood education a shared journey that strengthens both our families and our community.
