Parent Leadership Program

Aubrey, a New Orleans native and a proud mom of three adult daughters, brings nearly two decades of services, leadership, and advocacy to her role as Parent Leadership Specialist. She earned her Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and holds a Bachelor’s in Applied Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Administration, Economics, & Management from the University of North Texas. 

Before transitioning into leadership education, Aubrey dedicated almost 18 years to serving students and families as a school bus operator. In this role, she helped students develop a deeper understanding of the importance of furthering their education and the critical role a strong, supportive foundation plays in a child's overall success. Aubrey’s direct, hands-on professional experience journey spans from entrepreneurship, federal, school district, nonprofit, and based-work, equipping her with a strong foundation in operations, collaboration, and family-centered leadership, her passion and dedication to leadership by empowering youth and teens has carried over into the early childhood educational field. 

Guided by the belief that children come first, Aubrey is passionate about empowering parents', strengthening family voices, and building partnerships that support families and communities. She is committed to developing parent leaders who feel confident advocating for their children, contributing to decision-making, and creating lasting, positive change for future generations.
