Testimonials
Founded by a group of teachers more than 85 years ago, EECU has always had a heart for education. Like EECU, Northwest ISD is committed to investing in our communities through the school system. Our relationship has not only been mutually beneficial for our organizations, but it has been tremendously impactful for the students, teachers, parents, and staff in the Northwest ISD community. We’re thankful for all the years we’ve been serving together!
- Schalizabeth Albizu, Business Development Specialist
CoServ believes in partnering with the communities we serve and live in and we are privileged to work with a school district like Northwest ISD. Whether through our Academic Initiatives, support of NISD’s Education Foundation, providing opportunities to make an impact on the students’ educational journey or valuing the teachers and staff. The vision of NISD is one of futuristic stanchion and we are grateful to serve.
- Whitney Gohlke, Manager Academic Initiatives I Community Engagement
The Community Storehouse is honored to partner with Northwest ISD in helping children and their families in need. Working together, we help support over 8,255 children by providing weekend snack packs, individual snacks, and after-school tutoring per month. We feel very blessed to be able to work with Northwest ISD and to meet the needs of the children.
- Pat McKee, Director of Education
Our partnership with Northwest ISD has allowed us to better connect with the rapidly growing communities in Tarrant and Denton counties. Just as the district and population has grown, so has the need for services from nonprofit organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters. By enabling us to engage with students both in school and at NISD sponsored events, we can provide mentorship to even more children across the area as well as share our mentorship opportunities with potential volunteers. Northwest ISD goals align with our mission that all children reach their greatest potential and together, we can defend their potential and provide the support they need to do just that.
-Taffy Olszewski, Community Engagement Manager - Greater Tarrant
