The Absence Management system formerly known as Aesop is the system our district utilizes to manage absences. It is the employee’s responsibility to enter their absence in this system in a timely manner. This system is also utilized to obtain a substitute for you.
Your Absence Management profile is created utilizing the information from the Employee Access Center. If you would like to update information in the Absence Management system, you will need to visit the EAC to make the necessary changes and your Absence Management profile will automatically be updated with the new information through a nightly update.
For full-time employees, you will sign in using the SSO Login link. Your login will be your NISD email, then your NISD credentials.
For guest educators (substitutes) you will receive an email to create your login credentials, it will be sent to your personal email account. The email originates from the Absence Management server with the email address of firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not receive this email, please contact the HR office.
