Employee Access Center
The Employee Access Center is our employee data base, our system of record. We have learned over the years that the EAC is the heartbeat of automation in our district. The information housed in this database is shared with other software systems in the district, often-times, utilized to create other user accounts such as your email account as well as the information found on your employee badge.
Our HR staff transfers information found on your application, transcripts, employment documents and certifications into this system of record. In turn, it is your responsibility to review and verify the information we’ve entered in the Employee Access Center. We strongly encourage you to log into this system within the first month of employment to confirm the information is correct. Your user identification is your six-digit employee identification number that can be found on the paperwork provided to you during new hire orientation. Your password is the last four digits of your social security number.
