ACT

Because Saturday ACT tests listed on this page are administered by ACT and not by Northwest ISD, test takers and proctors must follow ACT's most current health and safety guidelines. This may include masks wearing.

ACT’s most recent health and safety directives can be found at: https://www.act.org/content/act/en/products-and-services/the-act/test-day.html

What is the ACT?

The ACT consists of four multiple-choice tests: English, Mathematics, Reading, Science and Writing Test. (click on subject to see more details)

English 75 questions 45 minutes
Mathematics 60 questions 60 minutes
Reading 40 questions 35 minutes
Science 40 questions 35 minutes
Writing Test 1 prompt 30 minutes
