Campus Support Services include the following:
Main Services - Helpdesk phone and support
Account Information - Student/Staff account management, Staff/Students Email, Single Sign-On Portal, GSuite, etc.
- Classroom Technology - Classroom technology equipment, classroom tools, TVs, projectors, etc.
- Communication - Phone services, announcements, clocks, voicemail, video tools, digital signage, etc.
- Computer/Print - Desktops, laptops, chromebooks, printers, hardware, etc
- Data/Server - E-school, GSuite, portal applications, SSO
- Network/Wifi - Wireless, Internet, Network connections, VPN, etc.
- Security - Malware Protection, Antivirus, PC Auditing, Inventory, Encryption, etc
- Software - All Staff and Student Software
