Mr. Fracassi has served as the principal of the Leadership Academy at Mitchell Boulevard Elementary School for the past six years, establishing a high-performance academic environment at the campus, which is operated by Texas Wesleyan University in partnership with Fort Worth ISD. Prior to serving as the school’s principal, he was a middle school assistant principal in Fort Worth ISD for eight years.

Prior to entering campus administration, Mr. Fracassi served as a teacher and instructional coach for 11 years. Mr. Fracassi said he is excited to join Northwest ISD and the Worthington Tiger community.
