Executive Director of College and Career Readiness earns Area II Administrator of the Year honor

The Career and Technical Educators of North Texas has named Northwest ISD Executive Director of College and Career Readiness Kelley Henderson the Area II Administrator of the Year.

Henderson was recognized for her leadership in preparing future-ready graduates and her commitment to expanding high-quality educational opportunities that align with workforce needs. Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for Career and Technical Education and regularly shares her expertise with education leaders across Texas and beyond.

In addition to serving on the State CTAT Legislative Committee, Henderson recently completed the ACTE Region IV Leadership Fellowship program.

Northwest ISD is proud of Henderson’s accomplishments and grateful for her continued dedication to student success and excellence in education.
