NISD high school volleyball programs advance to UIL playoffs

Each of Northwest ISD’s three comprehensive high schools – Northwest, Byron Nelson and Eaton – will be represented in this year’s UIL State Volleyball playoffs.

After completing district play with a perfect 12-0 record and securing the 5A District Championship, the Northwest Texans volleyball team will take on South Hills High School in the Bi-District round of playoffs. The Texans will play at the Wilkerson-Greines Activities Center in Fort Worth on Tuesday, November 1, at 8 p.m. Northwest’s match is the second of a double header, so the start time will be based on the completion of the first match. Tickets are only available for purchase online.
