NISD swimmers and divers advance to state meet
A total of 12 student-athletes from across Northwest ISD will represent the district at the upcoming UIL Swimming and Diving State Meet in Austin, Texas. Swimmers and divers from Northwest High School and Eaton High School qualified for the meet based on their performances in regional competition.

- Senior Lauren Durbin - Regional Champion (100 Back), 2nd place (50 free), 2nd place (200 IM relay), 2nd place (400 Free relay)
- Junior Michaela Hickok - Regional Champion (100 Breaststroke), Regional Champion (200 Free), 2nd place (200 IM relay), 2nd place (400 Free relay)
- Sophomore Riley Crowther - 2nd place (200 IM relay)
- Freshman Rebecca Richardson - 2nd place (400 Free relay)
