Northwest ISD continues hiring with competitive salaries and increased pay

Northwest ISD is continuing to hire teachers, paraprofessionals and other positions for the current school year, offering competitive salaries and opportunities to join a growing district.

Several positions remain open across various grade levels and in special education. Teacher candidates must hold certification, and the district welcomes alternatively certified candidates who have secured their Statement of Eligibility.

For more than a decade, Northwest ISD has provided annual teacher raises. Starting teacher salaries are $64,750, including a $62,500 base salary and the district’s $2,250 local teacher allotment.

This year, the district also provided a 5% raise for paraprofessionals and increased stipends for special education teachers.
