GEM Customer Service Program

GEM Nomination Form
(One nomination per form, please.)

Northwest ISD, in partnership with parents and community, will provide all students a premier education, preparing them to be successful, productive citizens. At 234 square miles, Northwest ISD is one of the largest school districts in the area and spans three counties (Tarrant, Denton, and Wise) and 14 municipalities. With the addition of an estimated 1,200 students annually and continued growth, total student enrollment now exceeds 29,000.

As a fast growth school district, NISD places a strong emphasis on the importance of providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for families, community members and staff in Northwest ISD. The Going the Extra Mile (GEM) program recognizes one central office staff member who has gone above and beyond in their role in the district.
