Immunization Clinics
Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services will be conducting a children’s vaccination clinic to get your students up to date for the school year.
Shot Clinic:
Saturday, September 21 – 9 - 11 a.m. - Legacy Learning Center - 501 School House Road, Haslet
- Only students attending NISD can be seen.
- A current vaccine record or note from school stating missing vaccines is required.
- Parent or guardian must be present.
- Children 3-18 years can be seen. This should not replace any well-child checkups at the pediatrician.
- Staff and supplies are limited and there is no guarantee you will be seen. The clinic is on a first come basis and may be discontinued when supplies or time runs out.
NOTE: This setting, which has limited privacy, may not work well for children who resist shots or those with certain special needs. If the student is unable to receive shots, parents should follow up with their pediatrician.
